Catering for the retreat is provided by Nourish, a renowned restaurant from Cupar. They offer a delightful selection of healthy wraps and salads and a selection of small traybakes and homemade sponges, catering to everyone's dietary needs and preferences.

After last year's great success, I felt like it was time again to reconnect, not only with fellow Pilates peeps but with your body and mind; to explore different Pilates poses and equipment (big ball, magic rings, bends) that we don't get to try in our regular practice and have a fun, challenging and yet relaxing day!
The 4-hour retreat will be split into blocks so that you will not feel at the end of the day that you have done pilates for 4 hours, and we will finish the day with a beautiful guided meditation to further relax your body and mind.

Ana has been teaching Pilates at the Kohler Spa Fitness Centre for nearly 3 years now, and her classes have become so popular that the demand for them has increased. You can catch Ana at the spa running mixed ability classes five times a week.
I'm thrilled to invite you to join me on May 25th for a four-hour Pilates retreat at The Kohler Spa and Fitness Centre at the Old Course Hotel. This retreat is dedicated to the gift of presence. Over the course of four hours, we'll delve into reconnecting with ourselves through movement, shedding distractions, and embracing meditation in motion.
You will learn shorter but effective sequences, each one around just 30 minutes long to make you feel more aware, feel more balanced, feel more connected. We'll connect not only to our bodies and to our breath, but we'll feel more alive in general as we work towards just leaving our daily distractions behind.
The retreat will be focused around main Pilates principles, awareness, breath, balance, centring, concentration, control and finally finding the flow!
